Vintage TRELLIS<>Square Smith Glass SAGE GREEN Crystal Pedestal CAKE STAND Plate

Presenting....a Vintage SQUARE PEDESTAL CAKE STAND / PLATE from L.E. Smith....in the hard-to-find SAGE GREEN color.  It's in EXCELLENT CONDITION, and looks like it was new old stock....with ORIGINAL LABEL on base, and a minor chip on top of base (seen in last picture).  It measures 9 3/4" square x 5" high x 3 5/8" across the base.  The "Trellis" pattern is very detailed and beautifully pressed on the underside of the plate....and the pedestal is finely threaded, designed in a column style.  There are the usual mould marks from the glassmaking process, like bubbles, straw marks, swirls/striations (in pedestal), and unique moulding anomalies; all characteristics inherent to pressed glass.  A fabulous piece of gorgeous L.E. Smith Glass to add to your collection....and it looks great stacked with other L.E.
