PRIORITY MAIL USUALLY TAKES 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS BUT IS NOT GUARANTEED.
EXPRESS MAIL TAKES 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS GUARANTEED AND CAN BE TRACKED AS WELL.
Shelf life of the icing sheet is about 12 months.
Keep your frosting sheet in its zip-lock bag on a flat surface until you are ready to use. NO REFRIGERATION NEEDED!!!!!!!!
Keep the image at room temperature, out of any direct light.
Please note: these edible pictures are printed on an actual layer of icing with food colors. For that reason the picture may not perfectly look like the picture you see on your screen. It will still be a high quality picture you can enjoy.
Returns
My goal is to provide a quality product that you will enjoy however
mistakes happen so if there is an error made in your order I will be
happy to send a replacement if time permits otherwise a full refund will
be offered.
I will not offer a refund for items received
beyond the ESTIMATED delivery time unless Express shipping was chosen.

reliable but NOT guaranteed.

Color and font are decided based on the image coloring (some colors will not show on darker images).
