Nippon Japan Plate Vintage Blue and White Japanese Dragonware with Phoenix Birds and  Flowers VG
Small Size 4-3/8" Diameter
Very good to excellent condition.......vintage unknown.....antique rare? .............preowned.....no  chips, cracks, nicks, repairs, crazing, etc....may have some flea bites along the rim and along the raised foot....blue stain and black dot blemishes on the underside from manufacturing process.  Please see my pictures, use the zoom feature, for a visual description of the item you are considering purchasing.
