Found Vintage Chess set - paranormal dybbuk box

This chess set was found hidden under the stairs of a old house
could it have been hidden away on purpose or because of something else
We have been told that there is an energy attached to it by the name of Cory
the house was once a frat house but has been sold and during the time of its
remodel the set was found. They joked and said what if it is a dybbuk box. But then
shrugged it off. However, after it was opened odd things started to happened. These
things continue where ever the chess set goes.
They said they discovered that the energy that is linked to this is a young male
that was obsessed with the game of chess.
If you someone askes Corey for help when playing the game, he will sometimes
assist you to move the pieces. However, he can also get frustrated if you move the
pieces foolishly.
His reflection has been seen appearing in the home of where the set goes. He is
thin and wears a sweater. Sometimes seen with glasses other times his image is
but a shadow.
There seems to be no bad energy energy around this.
