You just put them on anything with white icing under them. You get 12, 2 and 1/4 inch cupcake/cookie toppers. You get have 3 of each image.
They are like an edible sticker. They lay flat on top. 100% edible product, but may be pealed off easy before eating if desired.
They can actually be put on ANYTHING with white icing, brownie, rice krispy treats, you name it. They come pre-cut, and hold up great in the mail.
Toppers are made from wafer paper, its similar to rice paper. It's FDA approved and Kosher.
Ingredients: potato starch,water,vegetable oil.
