Antique Vintage Morimura Hand Painted Nippon Vase Raised Gold Beading M Wreath

M mark with green wreath - Morimua Brothers (later to become Noritake)
This mark was used between 1914 and 1940.
4 3/4" tall vase - white vase with banner around the top and bottom that features vines of blue flowers(light blue viola?) and green leaves. The pattern is outlined in gold, and is dotted with raised gold decoration / dots.
Condition: On the inside, bottom of the vase, there appears to be residue from use. But it may be intentional coloring. I really can't tell what it is. The gold is worn in some areas on the inner rim of the very top of the vase. Upon studying the vase with a magnifying glass, I found a very small, thin, chip on the base--very bottom of the vase--about 2mm (see photo #9 - chip is dead center).
