antique Nippon tankard featuring a lovely floral design, manufactured in 1911.
This rare piece is
in Near Mint Condition,
with visible spots of missing enamel and random tiny surface chips, none severe, well prese
rved for its age. Item
measures 12 inches in height with a base diameter of 5 inches
. Featured is a a tall porcelain vase with a faux-beaded handle. The provenance on this fine piece dates back to the
1911 county fair of Providence, Kentucky.
It's in fine shape, meticulously cared for, for more than 100 years! On the bottom is stamped the maker's mark, as well as two old labels still firmly affixed identifying its history.
