Antique Italian Puppet "Pagliaccio Malvagio" w/ known history

A very unusual antique clown puppet, or "Pagliaccio Malavago" from a collection of items from the venue described below. We have had several of these in the past, and recently have unpacked more items from this collection. Good condition, it also stands independently, origin is probably Italian. Great detail on this folk art piece.  No repairs, overall paint is very good, no chips,

rom one of the various side show , souvenir or mystical venues from the historic Savin Rock Amusement
park in West Haven CT (1890's to late 1960's)
We have had a large collection of these items from the same venue, sold many items of this genre (see our feedback!)
These items may have been sold as retail souvenirs by the off the boardwalk mystic venues, or as prizes/ or souvenirs .
This is in fair/good condition, sturdy, light corrosion on metal wire harnesses,
staining on surface of terracotta (the strings have long deteriorated we assume but can be re-strung by buyer-
FOR display/ as a collectible..this is NOT a toy.
The harnessing (wire) is in good condition, despite the surface corrosion . Interesting unique
item, with known provenance.
